Yoga class is a commitment of time, which many are already short on. We will work your one on one sessions into your busy schedule.

Each client is unique. Perhaps you are an athlete recovering from a recent injury, or you suffer from chronic pain? Perhaps you do not learn well while surrounded by strangers. Many people find these types of situations are better addressed in private. Physical considerations and limitations are to be worked with and learned from.  Everything leads to an opportunity to become more open.

AKA Beginners: There are many people who are craving to practice yoga. Yet class settings can often be intimidating, packed and too fast paced for some, preventing many from even trying. One-on-one yoga can address these concerns and quickly lead to an established (daily, weekly or monthly) yoga practice.

Privacy:

It can be very easy to hide on your mat in the back of a yoga studio, and even easier to do so alone in your living room. You can inadvertently practice for years, never recognizing what is holding you back. In a one-on-one session, both you and I are responsible and committed to the progression of your yoga practice.
